No :| But if you don't mind the tedium, select only the boundaries that you want, deselect all basemaps and then you have the transparent outline layer to turn into vector file. The panchayat\village distinction is not clear for *some *Large Villages though. Ignore the error msg on choosing Gram Panchayat.
