I've seen ACLED has aggregated some comprehensive and granular data on
global conflicts which might be worth taking a look

The free account can only export upto the past year, so not sure how much
temporal coverage they have.

I am looking for data on hindu-muslim conflicts (more granular is better, 
at least at district level) after 2000. I know there are data up to 2000 
based on searching on The Times of India, constructed by Ashutosh Varshney, 
Steve Wilkinson, Anirban Mitra, and Debraj Ray. 

Does anyone know if the data are further extended by someone or any other 
data sources? Thanks for your help and consideration!
