[datameet] Any way to get the booth level votes data?

Is there a way to get the bootj level votes data from ECI per candidate? I 
see this only aggregated at the constituency level.

 If we have this data we can apply some statistical analysis to detect any 
electoral fraud. (For example the techniques applied in this 
paper: http://www.pnas.org/content/109/41/16469.full)

[datameet] State Election data

We pulled the state election results which came out today from the ECI site.

There is a python script in the repo which was used to pull this data 
(requests+beautiful soup).
