Hi

Not sure if you have already looked at covid19india's vaccination APIs.
They're tracking both MoHFW and Cowin numbers.

1. From MoHFW:

2. From Cowin:
A) State wise
http://api.covid19india.org/csv/latest/cowin_vaccine_data_statewise.csv

B) District wise
http://api.covid19india.org/csv/latest/cowin_vaccine_data_districtwise.csv
