I tried those link,

Still the same erro :)
The URL points to PPD and .tar.gz file and not PPM, is that correct?
So, what I did is taking those different PPD and .tar.gz files and replace
those I have currently.
Please advice. Thank you.

I am using ActivePerl-5.6.633-MSWin32-x86.msi and DBI from ActivePerl 5xx
(e.g. ActivePerl522)
ActivePerl 5.005 and 5.6.x are not biunary compatible. The PPM packages
for the platforms can be found under:

5.6.x... but it's DBI version 1.30, while the as the 5.6plus archive
contains version 1.32, so I don't think that's currently the best
option.
