 From the length of this list, you can all infer: The 9.1 release is just 
around the corner! A lot of people worked incredibly hard over the past couple 
of weeks to push everything across the finish line!

[deal.II] Applying boundary masks when using project_boundary_values()

I have to replace VectorTools::interpolate_boundary_values with 
VectorTools::project_boundary_values at several places in my project. I 
could apply the boundary values only for certain parts in my FESystem using 
component masks, but I can not use those masks in 
project_boundary_values(). What would be the best approach for replacing 
them in this function?

We don't have B-spline as basis function. I guess the closest would be 
Bernstein (?). You can see all the finite elements that are supported here 
. They 
all start with FE_

[deal.II] Spline basìs function instead of gaussian basis function
