[deal.II] Sixth deal.II Users and Developers Workshop - 23 --27 July 2018, Trieste, Italy
Dear all, registration is now open for the Sixth deal.II Users and Developers Workshop, to be held in Trieste@SISSA, from July 23 to July 28. http://indico.sissa.it/e/sixth-dealii-workshop The program includes invited talks and discussions by users and developers of the deal.II library in areas including: - use cases and applications of the library, - what users think would be useful directions for the library to go into, - things that are missing, - newer parts of the library. The workshop will have time for both talks and "hackathon"- or "code jam"-style time to work jointly on everyone's projects with plenty of people to ask and get help from. You can submit a talk proposal in one of the following tracks: Developers' track Talks dedicated to new features of the library, by long time contributors, or deal.II main developers (40 min talks) Users' track Talks dedicated to users of the library, showing how they use deal.II in their work, and sharing their experience with the library (from 5 to 20 min talks, depending on the number of submissions) Looking forward to seeing you in Trieste!
