Hi 皇甫, 先前有諮詢"托育小幫手"師生比的問題 我們找的工作內容是孩童陪伴(又名:陪玩)，不得涉及生理照護(例如洗澡、換尿布) 就諮詢結果，保母的收托上限不適用於孩童陪伴/伴讀 因網路上只有保母的制式合約，所以我用保母的制式合約，並拿掉生理照護部分 目前找到的兩名照護人員:一名有保母執照、一名未表示有保母執照(應該沒有) 孩童照護的年齡分布: 五名都是三到七歲，其中一名只會參加約兩天 若活動中有任何臨時委託，會確保比例在1:3以下 Hi HuangFu, I consulted sitter/child ratio problem with Bananny (a match making company for sitter) before. The job content for sitters is just companying with children which is exclude any kinds of physiological care. According to the consultancy, the law for the maximum number of children does not apply to this kind of job. Because there is only standard contract for nanny on the web, I remove all the physiological care parts based on the standard contract. The two sitters we found, one declares she has licence, another one does not mention licence(likely no) Info abount children: 5 children (3 year-old ~ 7 year-old), one of the children may only attend about 2 days. If we have any temporary childcare request during conference, we will make sure the sitter/child ratio is less than 1:3. Z. [DebConf18] Childcare, hiring progress
Hi, We plan to hire two sitters for childcare. I've posted hiring sitters information about two weeks. I will keep hiring until next Wednesday. Now, I've received three resumes for applying this job. To make the hiring progress public, I would like to post resumes in brief here. 1. Department psychology college student experience: * handmade club leader * 1.5 year old girl + 1.5 year old girl * 4 year old girl + 3 year old boy * 5 year old girl + 7 year old boy activity she can provide: * handmade * storytelling * developmental psycholygy * game treatment 2. Sorry for the absence from the global meeting yesterday and any bad experiences. I want to correct some information, and say more for what I think. # childcare request information We have 4 or 5 children need childcare. # sitter/children ratio I know zumbi and zumbi’s wife are pleased to help childcare. I’m totally appreciated and welcome for that. However, I consider it is a support not a mandatory job. When I calculate the sitter/children ratio I will take sitters into calculation. # Hiring people Most sitter jobs I google in Taiwan are taking care of 2 children. Also, I consulted a sitter matchmacking company last week. For our case, the company suggested me for hiring 2 sitters. The company also suggest to keep the ratio equal or lower than 1:3. The benefit is the sitters can cover each other. Further, the salary for sitter is only a bit higher than average. I don’t think the sitter/child ratio can be way higher than normal cases. I will keep the ratio below 1:3 I will make sure we think the hiring plan is fine, then I will start hiring. At this moment, I plan to hire 2 people.
