I've been asked to help out with video recording at PyConZA in Johannesburg next month. To be able to do that, I'd like to borrow equipment from the debconf video team. Can we ship (some of) it to SA somehow? I'm told there is a budget, so presumably someone can pay for shipping, but in order to do that I'd need to know what it would all cost, of course.
