Could you please explain how the refactoring will help solving the
described issues?
Will speech-dispatcher work for console screenreaders and orca running
on the same machine?
What's is not working in speechd and must be refactored to work with
pulseaudio?

Halim

Currently work is ongoing to refactor the audio code in Speech
Dispatcher. However, this probably could be done even now, and is likely
the way to go given that the new code in Speech DIspatcher has no ETA on
release, as there are other improvements also being made.

I'll see what can be done.

Bug#801057: qt-at-spi: New upstream version released

2015-10-05 Thread Lisandro Damián Nicanor Pérez Meyer
Source: qt-at-spi
Severity: wishlist

Hi! I'm filing this bug just because I have been involved in
releasing this version, I have no direct interest in the package.

There is a new upstream release of qt-at-spi available now at
http://download.kde.org/stable/qt-at-spi/0.4.0/src/qt-at-spi-0.4.0.tar.bz2

Happy hacking, Lisandro.
