BullsEye Mate Auto Login

2022-12-02 Thread K0LNY_Glenn
Hi,
I did some looking on-line for the answer, because in Mate, I could not find
the login options, like I've done with Ubuntu.
I want the system to auto login to the desktop.
What I found stated to edit a couple lines in the file:
/etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf
So I made the auto login changes with the user name, but it still prompts
for login.
Does anyone know where to find this in Mate?
I went into control center, I think it's called, but found nothing for this
there.
Thanks.

The Live images are managed by the debian-l...@lists.debian.org team, so
please contact them (even if Cc-ing debian-accessibility will probably
be very useful).

Devian 11.5.0 Live Install DVD not Having BRLTTY pre-configured

2022-12-02 Thread Juho Tuomainen
Dear Debian Accessibility team members,
I would like to inform you that while downloading the Install Live DVD
image file from
https://laotzu.ftp.acc.umu.se/debian-cd/11.5.0-live/amd64/iso-hybrid/debian-live-11.5.0-amd64-gnome.iso,
the BRLTTY was not configured to start up and the terminal of the Live
DVD did not include BRLTTY or at least it did not find it. When I
installed Accessible-Coconut 20.04.5 (based on Ubuntu MATE 20.04),
however, it had BRLTTY 6.0 preconfigured so that the Live DVD would
find it when BRLTTY command was written to MATE's terminal. Please fix
this issue as soon as you could do it.
Yours faithfully,
Juho Tuomainen
