I think it IS out there. Can anyone point me to it? I too now own an e2800+ to compliment my Sharp Zaurus SL=760 Which also runs embedix Troltech's Qtopia. Both units are a debin based distro. Have you had any luck with the e2800+.. ? I am looking for a Terminal app or some way to SSH into the phone while connected via the PC cable or GPRS any ideas. Cups and KDE
Hi, since monday when my cups upgraded to 1.2 i cannot print anymore from KDE. I can print from firefox and other gnomelike applications. Sorry Rob I have had the same problem but I have not mentioned it (didn't have time). You can switch to lpr instead of cups in the kdeprint window and that worked for me. Now everything works again. Could it be that there is some configuration stuff that is not compatible? Changing the print system (it might also have been my messing with my printer's interface type) caused lp0 to be recreated, it would seem. There is a bugreport in KDE for this problem http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=129707 i thought it was this one.
