Bug#235029: apache2-common: shouldn´t /etc/vhosts be removed?

I stumbled over it, and it quite irritated me.

Theres no recommends: vhosts-base anymore, and not Debian::Vhost
package, so... isnt it better to just remove that?  At least for now...
