Thanks for updating master, and for the comment in the commit message.

Shared responsibility anyway, d-i daily builds should have detected the
removal. ;) I'll fix that once I've nothing else to do for the release
(and check through a local removal/revert of your patch).

Sorry, I learned about the removal recently but forgot to update d-i.
I pinged the upstream maintainer recently and I hope the u-boot images
will be back in time for stretch.
