Poll about active D-I contributors, current work
Most Debian Installer contributors heard about the poll launched back...in early August, to get feedback from the members of the D-I team (160 people with commit access !). The work is still going on. On Oct 8th, I sent a personal mail to every person who didn't answer the poll already. The main point was trying to avoid falling in various spam traps, which is tricky. So, now, the number of people who didn't answer yet dropped from 60 to 48. People have up to Oct. 22nd to answer and then I'll start removing commit access. In case you recognize your Alioth login below, please get in touch with me ASAP or yoru commit access to D-I could be removed. For a week or so now the snapshots of the d-i image at the following urls do not have d-i module packages that match the kernel version of the installation CD http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-builds/amd64/iso-cd/debian-testing-amd64-CD-1.iso http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/daily-builds/daily/arch-latest/amd64/iso-cd/debian-testing-amd64-businesscard.iso http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/daily-builds/daily/arch-latest/amd64/iso-cd/debian-testing-amd64-businesscard.iso I believe this is the case for i386 as well, however I may be wrong. Is this the appropriate place to report this? I was tempted to use the 'd-i' and 'lenny' tag on bugs.debian.org however there didn't seem to be any bugs in the tracker related to ISO images Shane Spencer -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe.
