debootstrap and X

I did a debootstrap install of the current unstable
distrib in a directory called unstable-debian

I can now chroot to unstable-debian and try to compile
debian-installer.

Is there anyway I can pop up xterms from the chrooted
system ?

Yes, you can even ssh into your chroot as well,
if you start sshd.

I think you need:
ssh
xbase-clients

and some playing with /etc/passwd.
