I had started a rebuild, but it's very long, so I did it only for for
all archs in english, and for i386 in all languages. I'll let the
cronjob just to its work for the rest, it should get things done during
this night.

I see that most manual variants are still from build date in 2016.
To be sure everything builds fine now on dillon, probably someone could
trigger a full rebuild of the manual?

dillon: additional build-depends for installation-guide

Hello,

we have recently switched the creation of PDFs for the debian-installer's
manual (package "installation-guide") from jade to dblatex.
Benefit is, that this way we can create PDFs for Chinese, Greek, Japanese,
and Vietnamese languages, what was not possible before.

Because of this change, there are additional build-dependencies to be installed
on dillon to build the manual.
The relevant change in the svn repo for installation-guide can be found here:

Attached is a patch for the debian.org control file for dillon:
