Re: m68k/atari ports update
Unfortunately, I didn't pay enough attention to the fact that partconf uses parted also. Since no support for atari exists in parted, d-i simply can't support atari until that is fixed -- partman vs. partconf isn't even the issue. :-( http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=239816 Maybe a link to the bug should go on the ports page? As far as I know, partconf uses partman in a way that the disk label doesn't matter. I could be wrong, though. It turns out that yes, I am indeed, an idiot. :-) I was just informed that partconf seems to work fine and that the problem is elsewhere. Oh well, live and learn. Thanks, Stephen -- Stephen R. Done. Unfortunatly, Sven does not have mch time for d-i right now, I think he's been travling. Please let me know when the CD builds are available from the standard place so I can update it. I think Manty said that the m68k CD builds failed BTW. I'll let you know. I don't plan on adding it to the daily or cd build until I'm sure atari works to some extent. Hopefully that's fixed now (at least they build for me). Will there be atari netboot stuff, or should I remove that from the table? Remove it for now, if someone wants it bad enough, then I'll get it working. Thanks, Stephen -- Stephen R.
