there is no way to print a page such as

The page has total far to the right which is never shown on printout.
There is no print preview and no printing preferences other than paper

The upstream discussion indicates that this can be solved by viewing
the page on a high DPI display before trying to print. This isn't a
real solution, but for anyone still interested in the problem, please
follow the upstream bug.
