Bug#890098: FTBFS: imagemagick in Build-Depends-Indep but needed for arch build

Package: octave-interval

Severity: serious

Justification: FTBFS
User: ubuntu-de...@lists.ubuntu.com
Usertags: origin-ubuntu bionic ubuntu-patch

Dear maintainer,

The latest upload of octave-interval fails to build on all architectures
currently on the autobuilders because, with the move to dh-octave,
imagemagick is now needed as part of the arch build, not just the
arch-independent build:

Moving imagemagick from build-depends-indep to build-depends is sufficient
to fix this build failure.

Thanks,

such errors are a bit "normal" and not related to the apparmor profile
issues. Please note Thunderbird don't know anything from a running
apparmor fencing and thus can't do any relation to it.

Yes, messages from the error console of Thunderbird aren't sufficient
here, the relevant information for debugging the apparmor behavior can
be found by the dmesg or journalctl command like described in the linked
URL I've written in my previous email.

Bug#890084: libvirt: error : unable to set AppArmor profile

I am currently running 4.0.0-2 but I'm not sure if that was the version
that created the file.
The strange thing is I have had apparmor running for months and that
virtual host for a year or more, so I'm not sure why it happened now.

Ouch.

Indeed, something went wrong when dynamically generating the profile.
I'm reassigning to the package that ships virt-aa-helper.
What version of libvirt-daemon-system do you have?

Bug#890097: src:django-anymail: New, minor WEBHOOK_AUTHORIZATION security issue

2018-02-10 Thread Scott Kitterman
Package: src:django-anymail
Version: 0.8-2
Severity: important
Tags: upstream,security

Security fix

This fixes a low severity security issue affecting Anymail v0.2–v1.3. (CVE
Pending)

Django error reporting includes the value of your Anymail
WEBHOOK_AUTHORIZATION setting. In a properly-configured deployment, this
should not be cause for concern. But if you have somehow exposed your Django
error reports (e.g., by mis-deploying with DEBUG=True or by sending error
reports through insecure channels), anyone who gains access to those reports
could discover your webhook shared secret. An attacker could use this to post
fabricated or malicious Anymail tracking/inbound events to your app, if you
are using those Anymail features.

The fix renames Anymail's webhook shared secret setting so that Django's error
reporting mechanism will sanitize it.

If you are using Anymail's event tracking and/or inbound webhooks, you should
upgrade to this release and change "WEBHOOK_AUTHORIZATION" to "WEBHOOK_SECRET"
in the ANYMAIL section of your settings.py. You may also want to rotate the
shared secret value, particularly if you have ever exposed your Django error
reports to untrusted individuals.

If you are only using Anymail's EmailBackends for sending email and have not
set up Anymail's webhooks, this issue does not affect you.

The old WEBHOOK_AUTHORIZATION setting is still allowed in this release, but
will issue a system-check warning when running most Django management
commands. It will be removed completely in a near-future release, as a
breaking change.

Thanks to Charlie DeTar (@yourcelf) for responsibly reporting this security
issue through private channels.

https://github.com/anymail/django-anymail/commit/1a6086f2b58478d71f89bf27eb034ed81aefe5ef

Given that the fix for this is problematic from a backward compatility
perspective and that it requires a misconfigured django app before it is a
problem, recommend No DSA for the security team.

Bug#890093: twinkle: Does not need to build-depend on qtscript5-dev

2018-02-10 Thread Frédéric Brière
Source: twinkle
Severity: normal

Twinkle has never actually used QtScript, as far as I can tell. Rather,
it uses embedded JavaScript in QML, which is all part of qtdeclarative.

(This build-dep was also removed upstream in a42de5e.)

For the record, build-depending on qttools5-dev-tools is also
superfluous; this was a fix at one point because qttools5-dev did not
properly depend on it (#835295).

The pytest-forked plugin extends py.test by adding an option to run tests in
isolated forked subprocesses. This is useful if you have tests involving C or
C++ libraries that might crash the process. To use the plugin, simply use the
--forked argument when invoking py.test.

Needed as a dependency of pytest-xdist. Plan to maintain as part of DPMT.

Hello,

This is the manpage for the "iptunnel" program. I decided to create a
new $(DEBIAN_MANPAGES) variable on d/rules, and install the manpage
accordingly, because just using d/manpages didn't work well due to the
fact that dh_installman will install the manpage into all the man/ll_LL/

Well there's your problem right there.

Currently that link just says
"See these hints if you're having trouble unsubscribing"

It should be more inclusive.

"See these hints if you're having trouble unsubscribing or all other
problems and questions"

Then there it could say that there are no options to e.g., turn off
getting your own messages, etc.

Bug#890089: libsbml: Build-depend on dh-octave instead of octave-pkg-dev

2018-02-10 Thread Rafael Laboissière

Source: libsbml
Version: 0.9.20+dfsg0-1
Severity: normal
Tags: patch

The octave-pkg-dev has been superseded by dh-octave and will be soon
deprecated. Please, find attached to this bug report a patch for
updating the nlopt source package, accordingly.

Note that in the attached patch I also remove the follwoing lines from
debian/rules:

   BIND_OCTAVE :=$(shell which otave-config | grep -q ocatve && echo 'yes')
   ifdef BIND_OCTAVE
   OCTAVE_PATH := $(shell octave-config --oct-site-dir)
   endif

This looks like obsolete code and, besides, there are typos in it
("otave" and "ocatve" instead of "octave").

Bug#889827: linux-image-4.15.0-rc8-amd64: IP offloading does not work

2018-02-10 Thread Vincent Danjean
Le 07/02/2018 à 22:22, Ben Hutchings a écrit :
> Control: tag -1 upstream patch moreinfo
>
> Does the attached patch fix it?

Nope.

Before the patch, I trigger the error with this kind of command:
ssh aya dd if=/dev/zero bs=8192 | dd of=/dev/null bs=8192

I got this kind of messages:
$ ssh aya dd if=/dev/zero bs=8192 | dd of=/dev/null bs=8192
ssh_dispatch_run_fatal: Connection to 10.77.0.3 port 22: message authentication
code incorrect

9151+0 enregistrements écrits
74964992 bytes (75 MB, 71 MiB) copied, 0,859281 s, 87,2 MB/s

I got at most a few GB before the error trigger (and usually only a few MB)

I do not observe error with a reverse ssh:
dd if=/dev/zero bs=8192 | ssh aya dd of=/dev/null bs=8192

I do not observe error with rx offload disabled:
sudo ethtool -K en-wired rx off tx on

I recompiled the kernel according to the kernel handbook with
bash debian/bin/test-patches -f amd64
../0001-r8152-Fix-conditions-for-setting-ip_summed-CHECKSUM_.patch
I do not install the resulting package but I removed the module and load the
new one:
# rmmod r8152
# insmod
debian/linux-image-4.15.0-rc8-amd64/lib/modules/4.15.0-rc8-amd64/kernel/drivers/net/usb/r8152.ko
Note: I observed with "tail -f /var/log/syslog" in another terminal the
removal of my internet interface with the first command and its come back
with the second one.

With the new (patched) r8152 module, I get exactly the same results.
Error with "ssh aya dd if=/dev/zero bs=8192 | dd of=/dev/null bs=8192"
No more error if I disable rx offload.

Vincent

stack buffer overflow running ufraw-batch with "--overwrite poc" option

Running 'ufraw-batch --overwrite poc' with the attached file raises stack
buffer overflow
which may allow a remote attacker to cause unspecified impact including
denial-of-service attack
I expected the program to terminate without segfault, but the program crashes
as follow

3. This 'width' was used in the below loop

 8526   return 100 * log(sum[0]/sum[1]);
 8527 }

At HERE(2) because local variable 'col' increased until being same as variable
'width'
which can be easily modified by input file and can have big enough value to
overwrite local buffer img.

The process currently is a bit clunky. dh-make-golang hardcodes using xz
(via tar J), so either you change that in dh-make-golang’s source, or you
manually create the packaging git repository:

# save GitHub .tar.gz as irtt_0.9.0.orig.tar.gz
% mkdir irtt
% cd irtt
% git init
% gbp import-orig ../irtt_0.9.0.orig.tar.gz
% cp -r /tmp/dh-make-golang/irtt/debian .
% git commit -a -m "Initial packaging"

Sure.

>

It would be good to avoid copying the systemd .service file into debian/. I
think you can instead install it with a debian/rules override. See e.g.
https://sources.debian.org/src/forked-daapd/25.0-2/debian/rules/?hl=22#L22

Aside from that, the package looks very clean now.

Let me know how you’d like to proceed regarding the signatures. It’s not a
requirement to sign the releases for now, but note that after the initial
upload, we don’t have the luxury of starting with a fresh repository
anymore.

Bug#890084: libvirt: error : unable to set AppArmor profile

Package: apparmor

apparmor is basically stopping libvirt hosts from running.

Removing those /etc/apparmor.d/libvirt/libvirt* files fixed the problem

Dear i18n/l10n team

Looking at the logs of gen-material, I've seen multiple warnings of the
type:

dpkg: warning: --compare-versions used with obsolete relation operator '>'

grepping for dpkg in the dl10n repo, I guess they are produced due to
this line in dl10n-check script:

dl10n-check:284:
$newer = system ("dpkg","--compare-versions", $data->version($pkg),

This is mainly targeted at packages which are included in the reverse
dependencies graph: if they in turn get uploaded frequently, that tends
to lengthen delays for the actual migration of all related packages.
More on that in my last paragraph.

cryptsetup-bin is a binary package built from the cryptsetup source
package, so its RC bug count is included in cryptsetup's RC bug count,
and having an extra bug compared to what's in testing means it's a
regression = a blocker for the migration.

Back to the question at end: of course, fixing a regression in your
package is something you want, and actually need to do. It's totally
related to getting your package in shape, so please follow Michael's
advice on this.

Bug#887107: debian-i18n: [debian-i18n][PATCH] i18n.d.o/material/data/unstable.gz not updated

2018-02-10 Thread Laura Arjona Reina
Package: debian-i18n
Followup-For: Bug #887107

Hi all
attached you can find a patch adding the packages that cause issues in the
gen-material script
as of today's logs.
My proposal is to exclude all of them for now, to get updated material for the
statistics.

Later I hope I can review the list and handle each one of the issues, to try to
re-enable
as much packages as possible.

Bug#875255: Please reconsider packaging with python3

i agree that pelican in debian should default to python3.

I'm attaching a patch that completes the conversion. it works for me,
please feel free to adopt it :)

If you're interested in other packaging contributions, i've done several
more cleanups as well, which are visible on:

https://salsa.debian.org/dkg/pelican

There didn't seem to be a lot of detailed commit history in the alioth
svn repo, so the backlog for my copy of the git repo was generated by
"gbp import-dscs --debsnap", using the standard git-buildpackage layout.

Feel free to pull from there if you like the changes proposed there, but
it's not the right location for long-term maintenance. If you decide
you like it, though, i'm happy to move it over to
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/pelican or to a repo within the
python-team applications scope. (and to update the Vcs-* fields to
point to the right place once the move is done) let me know if you'd
like me to do that, and where you think it should live specifically.

Thanks for maintaining pelican in debian!

Regards,

Clone-response returns a new stream and copies over all properties and

useful in situations where you need to consume the response stream but also
want to pass an unconsumed stream somewhere else to be consumed later.

Bug#890077: lhapdf: Use dh-octave instead of octave-pkg-dev

2018-02-10 Thread Rafael Laboissière

Source: lhapdf
Version: 5.9.1-5
Severity: normal
Tags: patch

The octave-pkg-dev has been superseded by dh-octave and will be soon
deprecated. The lhapdf package currently depends on octave-pkg-dev, but
it actually builds correctly without the later one.

In the patch attached to this bug report, the build-dependency on
octave-pkg-dev is replaced by dh-octave and the command
dh_octave_substvar is used to get the appropriate dependency on Octave.

Bug#890073: dash: dpkg-divert noise on upgrade

2018-02-10 Thread Sven Joachim
Package: dash
Version: 0.5.8-2.10
Severity: normal

The fix for #604873

,
| [ Jonathan Nieder ]
| * debian/dash.preinst:
| - rewrite in C (closes: #604873).
| - if dash's copy of /bin/sh is not already diverted, divert it
| on behalf of bash. This ensures extracting a new version of
| dash does not overwrite /bin/sh and handling of that symlink
| is left to postinst. Likewise for .../man/man1/sh.1.gz.
| - if /bin/sh is not executable (for example because it is a
| symlink to a nonexistent file), replace it with a symlink to
| dash. Likewise for /usr/share/man/man1/sh.1.gz.
`

causes dpkg-divert noise on every upgrade:

,
| Preparing to unpack .../dash_0.5.8-2.10_i386.deb ...
| Removing 'diversion of /bin/sh to /bin/sh.distrib by dash'
| Adding 'diversion of /bin/sh to /bin/sh.distrib by bash'
| Removing 'diversion of /usr/share/man/man1/sh.1.gz to
/usr/share/man/man1/sh.distrib.1.gz by dash'
| Adding 'diversion of /usr/share/man/man1/sh.1.gz to
/usr/share/man/man1/sh.distrib.1.gz by bash'
| Unpacking dash (0.5.8-2.10) over (0.5.8-2.10) ...
| Setting up dash (0.5.8-2.10) ...
| Removing 'diversion of /bin/sh to /bin/sh.distrib by bash'
| Adding 'diversion of /bin/sh to /bin/sh.distrib by dash'
| Removing 'diversion of /usr/share/man/man1/sh.1.gz to

| Adding 'diversion of /usr/share/man/man1/sh.1.gz to
/usr/share/man/man1/sh.distrib.1.gz by dash'
`

It might have been necessary at the time it was written, but bash no
longer ships the /bin/sh symlink (since version 4.2-1, released over six
years ago). Can we please stop the dpkg-divert game if /bin/sh already
points at dash?

I still think this preinst is rather useless, because

- dpkg will refuse to run by default if it cannot find /bin/sh, so dash
can only be installed with the "--force-bad-path" option. If that is
the case, the admin might just as well fix the /bin/sh link
  themselves.

- The prerm script is run before the preinst at upgrades, and is
executed by /bin/sh. This is what happens when trying to upgrade from
  the broken 0.5.8-2.6 version:

,
| # dpkg --force-bad-path -i dash_0.5.8-2.10_i386.deb
| dpkg: warning: 'sh' not found in PATH or not executable
| dpkg: warning: overriding problem because --force enabled:
| dpkg: warning: 1 expected program not found in PATH or not executable
| Note: root's PATH should usually contain /usr/local/sbin, /usr/sbin and /sbin
| (Reading database ... 14111 files and directories currently installed.)
| Preparing to unpack dash_0.5.8-2.10_i386.deb ...
| dpkg (subprocess): unable to execute old dash package pre-removal script
(/var/lib/dpkg/info/dash.prerm): No such file or directory
| dpkg: warning: old dash package pre-removal script subprocess returned error
exit status 2
| dpkg: trying script from the new package instead ...
| dpkg (subprocess): unable to execute new dash package pre-removal script
(/var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci/prerm): No such file or directory
| dpkg: error processing archive dash_0.5.8-2.10_i386.deb (--install):
| new dash package pre-removal script subprocess returned error exit status 2
| dpkg (subprocess): unable to execute installed dash package post-installation
script (/var/lib/dpkg/info/dash.postinst): No such file or directory
| dpkg: error while cleaning up:
| installed dash package post-installation script subprocess returned error
exit status 2
| Errors were encountered while processing:
| dash_0.5.8-2.10_i386.deb
`

As you can see, the preinst did not even get a chance to run.

This is a know and documented limitation:

(I-)THREADS
This module is *not* guaranteed to be ithread (or MULTIPLICITY-) safe
and there are no plans to change this. Note that perl's builtin
so-called theeads/ithreads are officially deprecated and should not be
used.

Given this statement by upstream, it doesn't look like they're going
to change this behaviour …

gregor

Bug#890070: textedit.app: Does not start after upgrade; missing resources

2018-02-10 Thread Yavor Doganov
Package: textedit.app
Version: 5.0-1
Severity: grave

Hi Gürkan,

TextEdit does not start after upgrading from 4.0+20061029-3.5:

$ TextEdit

specified

setting bg_BG.utf8
2018-02-10 21:27:49.031 TextEdit[16231:16231] Unable to initialize XIM, using
standard keyboard events

The problem is the same as the one I reported for affiche.app (#889550):

$ ls /usr/lib/GNUstep/Applications/TextEdit.app/Resources/

As agreed on IRC I'll fix this; filing as a reminder and to prevent
migration to testing.

Bug#890069: syntax error in /etc/init.d/virtualbox hard kills VMs on host shutdown

2018-02-10 Thread Manfred Frank

Package: virtualbox

Version: 5.1.14-dfsg-1

Severity: important

On host shutdown, usually virtualbox does follow /etc/init.d/virtualbox.
this file has an syntax error that leads to VMs being hard killed as the
stop function is not working at all while the host goes down.

I my  self am no script boy, so I have no clue whats exactly the reason
for this, I only know, the shutdown script did not work as intended. And
I was not the only one with the problem. I was looking the very first
time into the Linux shutdown routine. And by some luck I got a clue from
the code highlighting function in VIM while looking at
/etc/init.d/virtualbox: Something is amiss with the stop() function.

I modified the code "stop()" to "hstop()" (h for no reason, but I did
later try c for custom but that does not work either) and changed all
calls to "stop" from "stop" to "hstop". With this modification the
shutdown code is working now as intended. see picture for where I got my
hint from.

Again, I am no coder and I have no clue as to why thats a syntax error,
for me it does look perfectly right in the original version, but it wont
work that way.

My OS is openmediavault 3.0.96 (Erasmus)
4.9.0-0.bpo.5-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.65-3+deb9u2~bpo8+1

On the machine I did discover this bug, virtualbox is part of the
omv-extra.org plugin collection. I did notify the plugin
maintainer/admin of omv-extra.org via forum.openmedavault.org, he
suggested to report it.

More details see:
https://forum.openmediavault.org/index.php/Thread/21643-Virtualbox-does-NOT-shutdown-VMs-gracefully-when-OMV-host-goes-down-eg-power-fai/?postID=167615#post167615

Hope this is a hint for you guys to track it down.

Bug#890068: uim-data: overwrite filefrom uim-anthy

2018-02-10 Thread Edoardo Putti
Package: uim-data
Version: 1.8.6
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

during upgrade dpkg cannot overwrite the file
/usr/share/uim/anthy-key-custom.scm because it is also in package
uim-anthy

As a result I can't upgrade anything that requires input (vim, gedit,
...) and my current system upgrade has been interrupted. My system
can boot but it will stall before the login prompt as (I suppose) it
won't find any mean of asking the user for input.

I'm attaching the output of apt --fix-broken install from mantainance
mode.

Bug#889968: RFS: inotify-tools/3.14-4

Hello Dmitry,

Review of 3c46a878fd294e9af9f8e7c225d16e8aceb960cf:

- It looks like you added an entry to the changelog for 3.13-3 that
should have been in the changelog for 3.13-4.

- I'm not sure that DPKG_EXPORT_BUILDFLAGS = 1 will have any effect
unless you export it? Not sure; I have not used this feature.

- It FTBFSs for me. Log attached.

A workaround is to change the default server URL in the Vagrantfile, as
suggested in the upstream bug report.

Thanks for your clarification!

Maybe I'm too "German":
in WinHQ.orgs website both version were set to 3.0 when wine v3.0 was
published. "wine-development" didn't follow this.
In my point of view this was an error, which means: a bug. Every time when
WineHQ.org publish a stable version also "wine-development" should have the
same version as "wine". This will happen only one time a year.
But it will not hurt me to much if this didn't happen next year.

At the end (this is to Jens Reyer):
¡Thank you for your great work about wine in Debian!

Oh, I had not realized that you were talking about cross builds, sorry.

I agree that gcc-multilib will have to be kept for some time, but I
still fail to see the use case for the readline multilib packages.

that's not how cross builds are supposed to work. build with dpkg-buildpackage
-a . of course fixing / removing the libc6-i386 b-d. And no, you can't
upload such a package to the archive. Everything with dependencies on foreign
archs gets rejected. In the end we want to get away with multilibs, but it's
too early to remove that multilib support.

Bug#890064: smbios-utils: properly clean up legacy config files

2018-02-10 Thread Christoph Anton Mitterer
Package: smbios-utils
Version: 2.4.0-1
Severity: normal

Hi.

Apparently the package smbios-utils used to contain:
/etc/yum/pluginconf.d/dellsysid.conf
but no longer does.

Therefore, the following happens on upgrade:
Unpacking smbios-utils (2.4.0-1) over (2.3.1-2) ...
dpkg: warning: unable to delete old directory '/etc/yum/pluginconf.d':
Directory not empty
dpkg: warning: unable to delete old directory '/etc/yum': Directory not empty

Please remove the obsolete config file on one of the next upgrades with the
appropriate
maintainer script helpers.

Thanks,
Chris.

Ok, I’ve updated the irtt package:

- I added a couple high-value unit tests, which also satisfies lintian.

- CHANGES.md is split out from README.md to satisfy 'no-upstream-changelog'.

- I tried getting signatures working but punted because GitHub creates a
.tar.gz, which I signed with a .tar.gz.asc, but the build process expects a
.tar.xz.asc in the upstream, so lintian then warns with
'orig-tarball-missing-upstream-signature'. Is there any pkg-go example of
signatures working with a GitHub hosted repo? Otherwise I’ll eventually figure
it out.

- I blew away the irtt.git repo and started over so I could just stay on the
rails of your dh-make-golang.html blog entry, hope that’s fine.

Let me know if anything else. Thanks!

Pete

Here's an example which you should be able to reproduce. The
grub-legacy package depends on multilib packages on amd64, since it's
32-bit only:

,
| $ apt-cache show grub-legacy:amd64 | grep Depends
| Depends: lib32ncurses5 (>= 6), lib32tinfo5 (>= 6), libc6-i386 (>= 2.7),
grub-common
`

Let's try to build it with i386 packages instead of multilib:

,
| $ apt-get source grub
| $ sed -i '/lib32ncurses5-dev/libncurses5-dev:i386/' grub-0.97/debian/control
`

Build the package in a chroot with amd64 as native and i386 as foreign
architecture, I used pbuilder for that. This is the result:

,
| $ dpkg-deb -f grub-legacy_0.97-72_amd64.deb | grep Depends
| Depends: libc6 (>= 2.7), libncurses5 (>= 6), libtinfo5 (>= 6), grub-common
`

The problem here is that the dependencies are not arch-qualified.

Cheers,
   Sven

I just want to check, do you nonetheless consider this an upstream bug?
Should I recognise the value "unknown" as being equivalent to unset TERM?
The problem for me is that I don't want to override any setting from the
user: for example, it is nice if a user who builds from source gets the
tests run against the terminal they happen to be using.

Hi,

Seems like it wants to print the method name it processes (like
"M-SEARCH", "NOTIFY", "HTTP", etc). It's really wired that it prints
nothing, possibly non-printable characters?

Could you please provide the full log, the sample UPnP packages, and
the logs when debug option is on?

Bug#685649:

2018-02-10 Thread Yangfl
It's now miniupnpd 2.0, and this feature is still tagged as
experimental. The most important line is "Dynamic external ip adresses
are not supported when this option is enabled", and in natpmp.c:259,
  syslog(LOG_INFO, "NAT-PMP public address request");
  FillPublicAddressResponse(resp, senderaddr->sin_addr.s_addr);

FillPublicAddressResponse is called each time public address is
requested. However, this function will always return static addresses
when MULTIPLE_EXTERNAL_IP is set. This will confuse UPnP devices. Not
to say the breaking changes in .conf file due to multiple external ip.

I believe dynamic ip (and moreover, ip that changes during service
run) is 95% of cases who use UPnP, and this feature is disabled
deliberately by upstream. We must ensure the usability of dynamic ip.
A fulll patch for this will definitely requires huge amount of work.

Since there is little hope it can be settled down, if no action/patch
in the next few weeks, I will close this bug.

No need to be sorry. :) At first I thought the compatibility symlink was
a packaging-side change so I went for debian/changelog only, and then
falled back to debsnapping. I'll try my luck with upstream changelogs as
well next time. ;)

And thanks for the extra doc!

Dear sigrok maintainers,

the URL in the debian/watch file should end with a slash, otherwise
uscan will complain and will not be able to fetch the upstream tarball.

A (trivial) patch is attached.

I remember some of the discussion form Debconf in Heidelberg about
Dracut's acceptance being low. Ofcourse, unless we embrace it, no one's
gonna use.

I've extended the dependency. Hopefully, the integration will be
smooth.

Please disable parallel building by passing --no-parallel

Hi Cyril,

I'm sorry for that -- although it *is* mentioned in the changelog, but
the upstream one. I've now added it to d/changelog as well:

Whilst bootstrapping gdbm no longer requires bootstrapping dietlibc,
this does not change whether dietlibc FTCBFS, which is what this bug is
about. It is obviously less important now though.

those values are not translatable (at least at the moment) and remain in

Bug#890053: tkmpeg: please make the build reproducible

Hi,

Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed
that tkmpeg could not be built reproducibly.

Patch attached. The shell script in question does not seem very
helpful for endusers - I mean, it was "mostly broken" anyway as it
had *build* paths, not installed paths so there is a reproducibility
issue or something deeper. :)
