Bug#405083: twiki: produces an access error every time a page is saved

2006-12-30 Thread Adam Black
Package: twiki
Version: 1:4.0.5-6
Severity: important

Since upgrade to 1.4.0.5-6, every time a page is saved it produces an
error:
Access Check on Main.WebHome failed. Action "redirect" unsafe
redirect to http://localhost/cgi-bin/twiki/view/Main/WebHome

If you click the link displayed in the error message, it opens the page
so there is no error in the page. Happens on any page edit, anywhere
within the wiki.

Bug#364504: Bug#363667: emacs21: Unreadable fonts since Xorg 7.0 update

2006-05-18 Thread Adam Black

Hi.

I checked my xorg.conf, installed mule-ucs, re-set my locales to an
ISO one and installed xfs, and my emacs is still nothing but
unreadable rectangles where characters should be.

Bug#353806: possible patch for pipe conflict

2006-02-26 Thread Adam Black
using the same debian sarge system as before, I used dpkg --purge
--force-depends kdebase-kio-plugins (which reported lots of broken
things) and then ran apt-get dist-upgrade -f. this fixed it so kde
would install and load

Bug#352129: (no subject)

2006-02-09 Thread Adam Black

Package: hal
Version: 0.5.6-2 unstable

When attempting to upgrade Gnome from sarge to sid, a dependency loop is
triggered by hal 0.5.6-2 depends on udev (>= 0.065) but udev 0.084-3
(sid) cannot be installed as it depends on kernel > 6.8.2 (the newest
available kernel for the 386 arch; thus an unresolvable dependency loop
is created.
