Bug#1063495: cage compositor should depend on XWayland
Package: cage Version: 0.1.5-1 Severity: normal Dear maintainer, cage is compiled against with -Dxwayland=true [1] which adds a runtime dependency on xwayland package which is not reflected in control file. Note that xwayland is needed even if the application in cage compositor is a Wayland client [2]. Bug#961551: (no subject)
I think this bug is happening because you run it with sudo. You shouldn't run graphical applications with sudo as root. partitionmanager is designed to be run by non-root user.
Bug#854627: (no subject)
There is no strict policy in wayland to disallow root applications. KDE Partition Manager runs fine as wayland client on wayland. That said, it is still not a good idea to run GUI as root on either Wayland or X11. It's actually worse for X11 since other applications can use X11 protocol to do malicious stuff via GParted. Wayland protocol is more secure. So right now KDE Partition Manager is migrating to Polkit/KAuth helpers, so that GUI can run as unprivileged user. GParted should do the same.
Bug#853251: gitlab: git push fail - GitLab: API is not accessible
Emmanuel, Strange, I just stumbled upon this bug yesterday and it worked with postgres database (which must be more tested option with gitlab as that is what gitlab.com uses). Make sure you restart everything after you comment out. But yes, this is quite annoying bug... Regards, Andrius signature.asc Description: This is a digitally signed message part.
Bug#563155: [Pkg-kde-extras] Bug#563155: partitionmanager: does not start, and several zombie processes appear
Can you test it with partitionmanager-3.0.0-1? It is most likely fixed but I would like a confirmation before closing this bug.
Bug#794438: Partition manager does not launch
Hi Boyuan, Unfortunately, you can't port the new version from Ubuntu because Ubuntu does not have a new version. On the other hand, neon ships a working package [1]. Actually, KDE Partition Manager 3.0 will be released on 18 December (providing nothing critical is found), so it might make sense to package that version. Jonathan Carter already packaged kpmcore [2] (basically non-gui parts of KDE Partition Manager) in Debian, so that should make job of packaging GUI part of KDE Partition Manager much easier. Best, Andrius [1] https://packaging.neon.kde.org/neon-packaging/partitionmanager.git/ [2] https://packages.qa.debian.org/k/kpmcore.html signature.asc Description: This is a digitally signed message part.

Bug#574530: RM: littex; Lithuanian language support was added to TexLive 2009 (texlive-lang-lithuanian package) which makes littex obsolete.
Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal Texlive 2009 now supports Lithuanian language in a standard way (texlive-lang source package builds texlive-lang-lithuanian) so there is no need to use littex package. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe.
