I've tried pasting some strings with accents or characters as "ç" and
Aegisub didn't crash.

I've also tried to open a .srt file with an accent in its name and also
with strings with accents inside, and it didn't crash either.

Could you provide some example strings and explain the exact steps you
are following until it crashes?

Yes. I've managed to solve it running apt full-upgrade and letting it
remove KDE and then installing kde-standard again.

After installing KDE I had to run these commands because I was having
the same bug (black icons).

Now it is solved and in fact it looked like a "me" problem, so I guess
you may close this bug.

Thank you!

Bug#981597: plasma-desktop: Impossible to upgrade to Plasma 5.20

2021-02-01 Thread Aniol Marti
Package: plasma-desktop
Version: 4:5.17.5-3
Severity: important

Dear maintainer,

When I try to update my system (Debian Bullseye) with "apt upgrade" it
says that more than 700 won't be updated, most related to the KDE
desktop.

On the other hand, if I run "apt full-upgrade" it will try to remove
most of the KDE packages (i.e. dolphin, kate, etc). I've tried to
manually update plasma-desktop with "apt install plasma-desktop" but I
get the following error:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
kwin-common : Depends: libkf5newstuff5 (>= 5.74~) but it is not going to be
installed
 libkf5xmlgui5 : Depends: qtbase-abi-5-14-2
 plasma-workspace : Depends: libkf5newstuff5 (>= 5.74.0~) but it is not going
to be installed
Recommends: kio-extras but it is not going to be installed
Recommends: powerdevil (>= 4:5.14) but it is not going to
be installed

I hope that plasma-desktop is the right place to report it.

Thanks,
A.

This looks like a problem with the video drivers. Could you please post

Bug#948122: [aegisub] FTBFS with boost1.71

2020-01-04 Thread Aniol Marti

Hi Giovanni,

Thanks for reporting the bug. I've tried to apply the patch you provided
but then it fails to build with the current unstable dependencies.
Having a look at upstream I've found a commit [0] that seems to fix this
bug and I've added it as a quilt patch in the "boost-fix" branch [1].

Anyway, I prefer to test it a bit more before merging it into master and
uploading a new release.

Hello,

I am requesting permission to upload aegisub to buster-pu. This new
version adds a build dependency (libhunspell-dev) to fix a SEGV and a
patch to fix a crash when picking a spell language from a position bigger
than 100 in the languages list. Both problems were reported in #935724.

A debdiff is attached.

Bug#935724: aegisub: Aegisub crashes immediately after opening the context menu

I have added "libhunspell-dev" to the Build-Depends list as wangqr
suggested and I have also applied the patch you provided. It doesn't
seem to crash anymore.

I will file a bug to upload the new fixed version to Buster. This bug
will close automatically after the upload.

Thanks for the bug report, the dependency and the patch.

Bug#933804: Improve dpt-forward documentation

2019-08-03 Thread Aniol Marti
Source: pkg-perl-tools
Severity: wishlist

Dear maintainer,

In the dpt-forward man page the need to belong in an organization when
forwarding a patch to GitHub is not stated, so the user won't know that
the default organization is pkg-perl-tools and it may have to be changed
with the variable DPT_GITHUB_ORGNAME. I think that both the need to be
in a organization and how to change it should be added to the man page.

On the other hand, it is also not explained that the clone process is
done through SSH, and it may cause problems if you expect it to be HTTPS.
In this case I think that adding a variable DPT_GITHUB_PROTOCOL={https,
ssh} would be very useful.

I have given more details to alexm in a private conversation.

Thanks,

Aniol Marti

to include in TeX, LaTeX, etc. PyCirkuit builds a live preview
and allows it to be exported as TikZ.

PyCirkuit is written in Python 3 using the PyQt5 libraries, but is
largely inspired (in both ideas and code snippets) on Cirkuit, a C++
application written by Matteo Agostinelli using KDE4 libraries, which is
nowadays increasingly difficult to compile due to the switching, started
in 2013, of KDE project from KDE4 platform to the Qt5-based KDE
frameworks 5. It can be useful to people who need to add circuit
schematics to their LaTeX documents. Personally I use it.

I have been helping Orestes Mas with PyCirkuit development and we plan
to meet regularly to keep the package up to date. The package is
almost ready to upload.

Bug#597334: Package from Pascal source

2019-02-23 Thread Aniol Marti
I have managed to build a package from Pascal source. If nobody
disagrees, I'll change this bug from RFP to ITP and become the new owner.

Bug#918847: Can't login using a guest SSO certificate

2019-01-09 Thread Aniol Marti
Package: tracker.debian.org
Severity: normal

Dear Tracker maintainers,

On January 5th I got a SSO certificate from
https://sso.debian.org/alioth/certs/. It works ok in https://sso.debian.org,
https://nm.debian.org, etc. but when accessing https://tracker.debian.org it
asks for the certificate to use as expected and as it happens in the other
websites mentioned earlier, but when you click "Ok" and you should be logged
in, you aren't.

Is that a normal behaviour of Tracker?

Thanks,
