Bug#975634: plasma-widgets-addons: Execute command in timer widget don't work after upgrade
Package: plasma-widgets-addons Version: 4:5.19.5-4 Severity: important X-Debbugs-Cc: filh...@gmail.com Dear Maintainer, After upgrade my system in last 2 or 3 weeks, my timer widget changed. I have a command configured after pass the programmed time: $ cvlc --play-and-exit /usr/share/sounds/freedesktop/stereo/complete.oga So, if I set the clock for 10s, finished this time, before, this sound is played. Now, haven't any sound. I already tried to mark to disable, pushed in apply, and enabled again, without success. When I try this command (cvlc) in konsole, works fine. Some suggestion? Bug#974220: libreoffice-writer: Double paste in Writer
Hi Rene Could be a problem between KDE and GTK, so I tried a copy & paste from terminal (konsole) to Kate (text editor for KDE, like gedit) and Inkscape. Was normal using "Ctrl+v". When I tried (other time) in Writer, pasted in double again. Other thing was to del the local folders of LO (.config/libreoffice and .config/soffice.binrc), but without success. Nothing. I believe that works fine in your environment, so my question is: what can I do to get more information? On the other hand, I will create a VM and try again this question. Bug#895673: lios: Lios crashing on start
Taking a look in error, I used apt-file to search about gst-1.5.typelib, as described in this page[1], and found it in gir1.2-gstreamer-1.0 package. So, was to install this package and Lios works again. IMHO, isn't a good idea to add this package as dependency of Lios? When I added a new arch (i386) and installed the relative i386 libs, started to work. Where is the error? The boinc is downloading a wrong version? In other hand, IMHO, this issue continues as critical. The problem was for all projects running in my box. Regards, Claudio Ferreira
Bug#876990: boinc: Computation error for seti@home and lhc@home
Package: boinc Version: 7.8.2+dfsg-3 Severity: critical Dear Maintainer, I installed the last version of Boinc and attached the Seti, LHC and Einstein projects. As I have a Nvidia GPU, I added too the boinc-cuda packages. When I start from zero and attach a project, is normal to connect the main site, download some files and to start tasks. Some seconds after downloaded the task packages, returns "computation error". As I have normal and GPU tasks, was strange to see that the GPU tasks works fine. Taking a look in web, I found a suggest to use the ldd tool over the executable files from each project. So, I entered in /var/lib/boinc-client/projects/ and used ldd in each +x file. Take a look over seti@home. laotse:/var/lib/boinc-client/projects/setiathome.berkeley.edu# ls -Fla | grep '^\S*x\S*' drwxrwx--x 2 boinc boinc12288 set 27 09:38 ./ drwxrwx--x 5 boinc boinc 4096 set 27 09:16 ../ -rwxr-xr-x 1 boinc boinc13551 ago 30 09:12 bl_800.jpg* -rwxr-xr-x 1 boinc boinc 356520 ago 30 09:12 bl_bkg_800.jpg* -rwxr-xr-x 1 boinc boinc 9714 ago 30 09:12 seti_800.jpg* -rwxr-xr-x 1 boinc boinc 924 set 27 09:35 setiathome-8.00_AUTHORS* -rwxr-xr-x 1 boinc boinc17992 set 27 09:35 setiathome-8.00_COPYING* -rwxr-xr-x 1 boinc boinc 2000 set 27 09:35 setiathome-8.00_COPYRIGHT* -rwxr-xr-x 1 boinc boinc 2065 set 27 09:35 setiathome-8.00_README* -rwxr-xr-x 1 boinc boinc 4588648 set 27 09:36 setiathome_8.00_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu* -rwxr-xr-x 1 boinc boinc 5015920 ago 30 09:11 setiathome_8.01_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu__cuda60* -rwxr-xr-x 1 boinc boinc 1276592 set 27 09:35 setigraphics_8.00_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu* laotse:/var/lib/boinc-client/projects/setiathome.berkeley.edu# ldd setiathome_8.01_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu__cuda60 linux-vdso.so.1 (0x7ffc16f13000) libpthread.so.0 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpthread.so.0 (0x7ff768217000) libcudart.so.6.0 => /var/lib/boinc-client/projects/ setiathome.berkeley.edu/./libcudart.so.6.0 (0x7ff767f c6000) libcufft.so.6.0 => /var/lib/boinc-client/projects/ setiathome.berkeley.edu/./libcufft.so.6.0 (0x7ff765d99 000) libstdc++.so.6 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6 (0x7ff765a1a000) libm.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libm.so.6 (0x7ff765716000) libgcc_s.so.1 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgcc_s.so.1 (0x7ff7654ff000) libc.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6 (0x7ff765162000) /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x7ff768434000) libdl.so.2 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libdl.so.2 (0x7ff764f5e000) librt.so.1 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/librt.so.1 (0x7ff764d56000) laotse:/var/lib/boinc-client/projects/setiathome.berkeley.edu# ldd setigraphics_8.00_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu linux-vdso.so.1 (0x7fff101a4000) libglut.so.3 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libglut.so.3 (0x7f48f5c62000) libGLU.so.1 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libGLU.so.1 (0x7f48f59f3000) libGL.so.1 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libGL.so.1 (0x7f48f5767000) libstdc++.so.6 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libstdc++.so.6 (0x7f48f53e8000) libm.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libm.so.6 (0x7f48f50e4000) libpthread.so.0 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpthread.so.0 (0x7f48f4ec7000) libc.so.6 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6 (0x7f48f4b2a000) /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 (0x7f48f5eac000) libXext.so.6 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXext.so.6 (0x7f48f4918000) libX11.so.6 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libX11.so.6 (0x7f48f45d8000) libXi.so.6 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXi.so.6 (0x7f48f43c8000) libXxf86vm.so.1 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXxf86vm.so.1 (0x7f48f41c2000) libgcc_s.so.1 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgcc_s.so.1 (0x7f48f3fab000) libGLX.so.0 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libGLX.so.0 (0x7f48f3d7a000) libGLdispatch.so.0 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libGLdispatch.so.0 (0x7f48f3ac4000) libdl.so.2 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libdl.so.2 (0x7f48f38c) libxcb.so.1 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libxcb.so.1 (0x7f48f3698000) libXau.so.6 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXau.so.6 (0x7f48f3494000) libXdmcp.so.6 => /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libXdmcp.so.6 (0x7f48f328e000) libbsd.so.0 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libbsd.so.0 (0x7f48f3079000) librt.so.1 => /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/librt.so.1 (0x7f48f2e71000) laotse:/var/lib/boinc-client/projects/setiathome.berkeley.edu# ldd setiathome_8.00_x86_64-pc-linux-gnu not a dynamic executable The same for each other project.
