Bug#760363: swift-object: Missing init script for swift-object-expirer

2014-09-03 Thread Daniele Venzano

Package: swift-object
Version: 1.13.1-1
Severity: normal

An init script should be provided for the swift-object-expirer daemon
that deletes expired object from the cluster.
Since only one such daemon per cluster is needed, perhaps it should be
packaged separately?

With a graph created with these options:

Bug#563717: [Pkg-scicomp-devel] Bug#563717: [python-opencv] Missing cv module

2010-06-24 Thread Daniele Venzano
All the documentation on the upstream website refers to the new
interface and is not usable on the debian package.

For example, none of the recipes in this cookbook work:
http://opencv.willowgarage.com/documentation/python/cookbook.html

It does not find the module "cv" and if I try to trick it and do a
"from opencv import cv", it will not find the LoadImageM function.

Thanks, bye.

Bug#362891: xserver-xorg: post-installation script fails during install

Well, I guess the correct call to discover should be:

discover --disable-bus=all --enable-bus=pci --format="%V %M\t%S\t%D\n" video

But that gives me:

discover: Bus not found.

and nothing else. The same happens even calling 'discover video', so I
think this is a discover problem and not one related to xorg.

Installing discover1 solved the problem.

2005-12-29 Thread Daniele Venzano
Please package the new version of sshfs as it fixes this (very
annoying) bug. Bug already reported to GNOME people, but they don't
really care about this.

Thanks.

Bug#292060: xmltv-util: tv_grab_it fails to configure

2005-01-24 Thread Daniele Venzano
Package: xmltv-util
Version: 0.5.37-1
Severity: normal

tv_grab_it fails to download the list of channels with the following
error:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/books$ tv_grab_it --configure
using config filename /home/venza/.xmltv/tv_grab_it.conf
getting list of channels
Use of uninitialized value in split at /usr/bin/tv_grab_it line 464.
no channels could be found at /usr/bin/tv_grab_it line 210.

Probably the website the channels are downloaded from has changed the
layout of its pages.

Obvioulsy without a config file, it later fails to download the
listings.
