Bug#471164: sane: open of device sm3840:libusb:002:002 failed: Access to resource has been denied

2008-03-16 Thread Edo Hikmahtiar
Package: sane
Version: 1.0.14-6
Severity: important

scanimage (as root and user are same) show me this :
scanimage -T
scanimage: open of device sm3840:libusb:002:002 failed: Access to
resource has been denied
Solution :
it has relation with libsane-sm3840.so.1.0.19 if replaced with
libsane-sm3840.so.1.0.15 and linking it to libsane-sm3840.so.1 it will
work

Bug#424905: RFP: sdlmame -- SDLMAME is a port of the popular MAME™.

2007-05-17 Thread Edo Hikmahtiar

Package: wnpp
Severity: wishlist

SDLMAME is a port of the popular MAME™. There are a few principles that
guide it's development: 1) run on Linux/Unix, Mac OS X, and other SDL
supported operating systems with as few changes as possible to the base
Win32 code. This means we can track changes faster than larger more
conventional ports such as MacMAME, and we also maintain what I call
Firefox compatibilty where learning a major app only needs to be done once
per application, and it then applies across many operating systems. If you
can use the command-line Win32 MAME, you already know how to use SDLMAME on
any platform you may encounter it on. 2) MAME developers are important. By
keeping quickly up to date, we make it easy for people on non-Windows
platforms to make and submit changes to the core MAME code, and we offer
native implementations of MAME's multi-window GUI debugger on both
Linux/Unix and Mac OS X.

Bug#416997: audacious

2007-03-31 Thread Edo Hikmahtiar

Package: Audacious
Version: 1.2.2-4

Audacious 1.2.2-4 feels very laggy/heavy to my system eventhough my
system is considered as a fast PC it's AMD64 X2
Dual core with 1Gb RAM and Audacious have some bug such as find by
pressing J to find a song not working correctly.
But that all bugs and lag are gone whenever I use Audacious 1.3.1 (the
latest version)

I suggest an upgrade version of Audacious.

I am using Debian GNU/Linux 4.0/Etch/Testing AMD64 (daily update)
Linux 2.6.18-4-amd64 #1 SMP Mon Mar 26 11:36:53 CEST 2007 x86_64 GNU/Linux
