yes, it is a native package. Changing the format from quilt to native
fixes the issue.

prints the rule when viewing with less as

when editing with vim as

aVHörspiele

I have not set any encoding parameters in ~/.vimrc

Bug#590627: Workaround for bug

It seems like it is a bug with the Shortcuts / Menu wire up:

When I start debugging with the main menu  Run  Run with  Mono Soft
Debugger everything is working just fine, incl. hitting breakpoint.

Starting debugging with F5, then the debugger crashes with the exception
in the original post.

When debugging using /usr/bin/mdb from package mono-debugger, everything
works as expected.
