Bug#343438: Cannot start cupsd on Sparc

Just updated cupsys with the latest release from sparc64/unstable
and replaced my /etc/cups/cupsd.conf with the new one provided with
the package. Now the system can't start cups and reports me the
following error:

cupsd: Child exited with status 48!

Xorg doesn't scan all PCI dbuses, but just , avoiding the detection 
of my PCI graphic card (Voodoo Banshee), located on 0001.
