   * What led up to the situation? I am not quite sure, but I think the removal 
of gnome
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)? When I update/upgrade many packages are left unconfigured, 
because shared-mime-info is left uncofigured with error 139
   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
