Bug#767012: iceweasel fails to close and keeps running in background

Dear Maintainer,
When I close all iceweasel windows and tabs, two iceweasel processes stay
running, consuming about 99% or 100% CPU (as listed in htop), until I kill them
sending a SIGTERM signal (no need to send a SIGKILL).
Thinking that it might be a plugin problem, I have run iceweasel with the
--safe-mode switch, and the behavior is the same.
