Bug#330399: This bug doesn't appear to happen in 'stable'
I have just done a 'stable' install and found that this bug does not happen. Bug#330399: Value for NIS domain name ignored when configured during first install
Package: nis Version: 3.14-2 Severity: Minor When installing nis for the first time, the value given for the NIS domain name is ignored and 'localdomain' is used instead, causing the init script to hang for a while when looking for the server. If 'dpkg-reconfigure nis' is run subsequently, the NIS domain name can be set correctly. With this in mind, I guess that the configuration files with the values entered are being overwritten when the package is installed. ___ How much free photo storage do you get? Bug#329935: man page refers to non-US sources, which no longer exists
Package: apt-proxy Version: 1.9.29 Severity: Minor The example configuration for clients in the man page includes the lines: deb http://SERVER:/debian-non-US stable/non-US main contrib non-free deb-src http://SERVER:/debian-non-US stable/non-US main contrib non-free I suggest that these lines should be removed as the non-US sections no longer exist. ___ How much free photo storage do you get?
