I don't know if this is the same issue, but that problem of ACPI shuting
down by Termal error just happens when power suply is not connected on
my EeePC 701.

If you need any other information on this, please tell me how to get
them and I can post you.

I've tryed the pciehp with "pciehp_force=1 pciehp_slot_with_bus=1"
options... It worked very well... So, if 701 doesn't even need
pciehp_slot_with_bus=1, it doesn't couse problems...
