Bug#316156: 2.10 version of libglade-java needed
Just an update on this - I did make a 2.10.1-1 package a while ago and uploaded it. Something went wrong with the upload and any further uploads have been rejected. I've created a -2 version to try to fix this, but cannot currently build and upload it in a clean way due to kaffe uninstallability in a chrooot. I'll keep trying.. Sorry for the delay. -- .''`. Bug#304646: FTBFS on powerpc too
The problem is that we're calling make clean instead of make dist-clean. The reason for doing this is that the upstream packages wrongly (I think) delete configure and makefile.in on make dist-clean, and hence the package is no longer buildable after it is cleaned. I've not had chance to work out exactly what needs changing to fix this yet though. -- .''`. Bug#297469: monodevelop: Include Files dialog: Xlib: unexpected async reply
Package: monodevelop Version: 0.5.1-3 Severity: important monodevelop crashes when trying to load a project which has had extra files added to the source directory (in this case a glade.bak file). This causes monodevelop to be essentially useless for existing projects, hence the severity. This seems to be a problem with the include files dialog (possibly thread related, based on my previous experiance with this type of error): monodevelop --debug Projects/WCIDB/WCIDB.cmbx Reading /home/mh/.config/MonoDevelop/CodeCompletionData/mscorlib_1.0.5000.0_b77a5c561934e089.pidb Creating DefaultWorkbench Socket already in use *** Include files dialog *** Xlib: unexpected async reply (sequence 0x5fc)! Is there anything else I can do to help debug this? Also, are there any repositories of newer mono/monodevelop packages, possibly svn snapshots? I'd really like to try to fix this, but I know a lot has happened upstream since this 0.5 release. Bug#293853: galeon-common: Please split the package into galeon-common and galeon-help
Just another thought- I'm fairly sure the ftpmasters would not let this change happen, even if galeon maintainers agreed to it. It is not a huge saving, especially considering that this package is for desktop machines, where space is generally less of an issue.
