Bug#981420: RE
It's something related to setuid, I'm getting this error message: `debian gnome-keyring-daemon[3295]: couldn't connect to dbus session bus: Cannot spawn a message bus when setuid` Downgrade as mentioned above makes it working again.

Bug#873627: udisks2 in sid apparently left me with a borked system in plasma(?)
Exactly the same issue on Cinnamon. Cinnamon starts very long and I can see following in xsession log: Error creating proxy: Error calling StartServiceByName org.gtk.vfs.UDisks2VolumeMonitor Timeout was reached However, Cinnamon finally boots after timeout. But, as somebody mentioned above, all unneceassary devices like systemd are visible in file manager. Please make this bug serious. For now, need to downgrade udisks2 to Testing version.

Bug#732209: (gnome-control-center:11187): dconf-CRITICAL **: unable to create file '/run/user/1000/dconf/user': Permission denied.
Issue is still there on most recent (at the moment) Debian Sid / Cinnamon. It seems to be completly random, Cinnamon freezes and I need to reboot computer from console. After 1-2 hours or even after 5 hours after login to Cinnamon. Isn't there any fix yet? This is quite annoying.
Bug#847542: libmozjs-24-0 24.2.0-4 breaks gnome-shell, preventing gdm3 from starting
It also breaks Cinnamon: Window manager warning: Log level 32: Execution of main.js threw exception: JS_EvaluateScript() failed Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/cinnamon-launcher", line 36, in os.execvp(FALLBACK_COMMAND, (FALLBACK_COMMAND,) + FALLBACK_ARGS) File "/usr/lib/python2.7/os.py", line 346, in execvp _execvpe(file, args) File "/usr/lib/python2.7/os.py", line 382, in _execvpe func(fullname, *argrest) After downgrading libmozjs-24 all is ok again. I have no any software intstalled outside Debian Sid repo.

Bug#802837: Failed to load platform plugin "xcb" error mesage for any qt5 application on armhf
Hello, First, sorry for incomplete report (I'm not familiar with reportbug utlity yet). Regarding to bug itself - it seems to be fixed now I did dist-upgrade and now all is ok. I noticed libqt5xcbqpa5 was also installed during dist-upgrade. So I think this report can be closed now, thanks for support. 2015-10-24 15:13 GMT+02:00 Lisandro Damián Nicanor Pérez Meyer : > tag 802837 moreinfo > thanks > > Hi Michał! > > On Saturday 24 October 2015 02:37:41 Michał Milanowski wrote: >> Package: libqt5gui5 >> Version: 5.5.1+dfsg-4 >> >> After upgrading qt to 5.5.1+dfsg-4 I am unable to run any qt5 gui >> application. Bug#712938: No change?
Can't any debian dev see his stupidity regarding to this issue? There are tons of qt4 apps that are widely used and will be probably never ported to qt5, like Skype for example, but many others too. You decided to drop support for them just like that (90% actually used linux apps) and you are providing the only solution "Port your app to qt5". All workarounds decrived here look like a joke, not real solution. Ubuntu provided this patch, Arch provided too. Every known distro has workaround built in by patching qt to make their users live easier. But not Debian. Shame and f you (sorry!).
