Bug#554909: ftp.pl.debian.org via IPv6

2010-08-09 Thread Michal Bialoskorski

Hi!

About IPv6. Today I got IP special for debian:

2001:4070:1::fafb (ftp.pl.debian.org)

I will set it up and test tomorrow.

About method of sync: I'am doing it by my own scripts using rsync.

regards,
Michal.

Mirrors-from: ftp.hr.debian.org (push mirror)
Maintainer: Michal Bialoskorski <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Country: PL Poland
Location: http://www.task.gda.pl
Comment: Currentnly we are the official debian mirror ftp.pl.debian.org which
is CNAME to ftp.task.gda.pl.

I want only to notice, that we set up virtual server for debian
(153.19.251.221).

 I ask you for change:

 ftp.pl.debian.org A 153.19.251.221

 to your DNS.

and add debian-cd/ to our reckord

Reverse of 153.19.251.221 points to ftp.pl.debian.org already

Bug#312223: Subject: apt-cacher: 500 Internal Server Error && gzip: stdin: invalid compressed, data--crc error

2005-06-07 Thread Michal Bialoskorski

That is because the apt's "http" tool does tollerate bad stuff. Do a

curl -D foo http://ftp.task.gda.pl

and look at the foo contents. There is no length specification. WTF?

please show witch server gives length specification for a directory index.

Do a

curl -D foo
http://ftp.task.gda.pl/debian/dists/sarge/contrib/binary-i386/Packages.gz >
/dev/nul

and look at foo (with an editor that does not hide non-printable chars).

Please install a proper http daemon (webfs, boa, or even apache*) or fix
thttpd.

this was the problem. I've installed cerrect version of thttpd and it's
looks well.

thaks for hints.

Regards,
Michal.
