I started evolution from terminal
LC_TIME=en_DK.utf8 evolution

and was able to change time format to 24.

Now it's really 24.
But it's impossible to change it with Finnish locale because it's grayed still.

prints nothing, so it's empty



Workaround gives error message too, but works still
GTK_MODULES=foo abiword
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module foo: libfoo.so: jaettua

(libfoo.so: can't open: File does not exists) in English


gdb trace, libc problem?
