Tried a bunch of cut/paste/copy operations and everything worked fine. The stack trace is not too useful either. It looks like it was in the midst of exeuting executing Tcl code, so either there is a problem in Tcl or tkgate stompped on memory used by Tcl. I do see that it was calling TkInvokeMenu. I am assuming that this is an internal Tcl/Tk function called when executing a command from a menu so we can guess that perhaps he was doing the copy operations through the menu rather than through key commands. Can you ask him: * Did you do copy/cut/paste through the menu or through key commands? * Can you try it both ways? * How many copy/cut/paste commands do you need to do before invoking a core dump? Hi, Thanks for these remarks. I have several concerns with your bugs. First of all, they are not "simple" if we aim at a general solution to the issues they describe. Moreover, upstream doesn't answer anymore. Gutemberg dict (as well as Hydro-Quebec) are no longuer maintained upstream from my point of view. Feel free to submit a patch if you have proper solutions to offer. I'll try to deal with these bugs within the following weeks. -- Nicolas SABOURET Laboratoire d'Informatique de Paris 6 (LIP6) 8, rue du Capitaine Scott, 75015 Paris, France http://www-oasis.lip6.fr/~sabouret -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Package: javacc Version: 3.2-1 Priority: minor ardoRic a écrit : > This didn't seem enough for the javacc's package dependencies as it > still installed jikes and kaffe to solve it's dependencies. Hi, You are right. The javacc dependencies assert : Depends: kaffe | java-virtual-machine, kaffe | java-runtime Build-Depends-Indep: debhelper (>= 4.0.0), libant1.6-java, libxerces-java | libxerces2-java, kaffe, jikes, docbook-to-man kaffe and jikes should/could be replaced with any java-virtual-machine, java-runtime and java2-compiler However, this is only a build-dependency error : this should not impact the use of javacc as a binary package.
