Bug#1060242: Debian bluez_5.71.orig.tar.xz is different to upstream bluez-5.71.tar.xz
Hi, Thanks for your comment. Currently, I am not using release taball, but a tar created using git and pristine-tar. Your suggestion is correct and I will switch to using Upstream tarballs starting with the next release. Package: wnpp Severity: wishlist Owner: Nobuhiro Iwamatsu X-Debbugs-Cc: debian-de...@lists.debian.org * Package name: gcompat Version : 1.0.0 Upstream Author : A. Wilcox * URL : https://git.adelielinux.org/adelie/gcompat * License : Expat Programming Lang: C Description : The GNU C library compatibility layer for musl The gcompat provides glibc-compatible APIs for use on musl libc systems. . This library is designed to be used for binaries that are already compiled against glibc. It does not contain any headers, and cannot be used to build software that requires glibc. It is instead recommended that any software that requires glibc APIs be modified to become more portable. . This library can optionally be compiled with other libraries to make a single, unfied solution. This can include fts, libucontext, obstack, and others. . gcompat additionally provides a loader stub. This is a small library that has the same name as the glibc dynamic linker on glibc platforms; when a binary is run that uses glibc as its dynamic linker, the stub will run, redirecting it to use musl and automatically preloading the gcompat library.

If possible, change to the same license (EPL) as Upstream. If you do, you will solve this overriding. Bug#927030: mozc: lack of Japan's new era 令和 (Reiwa)
Hi, The original mail was garbled and can not be read. I will resend it to following: --- Japan's new era 令和 (Reiwa) will be started at 2019/5/1 [0]. However mozc package doesn't support yet, beacuse this has A.D. to Japanese Era converter. If user enter '2019ねん', It is correct that user can choose '令和元' . (令和元 means Reiwa 1st) However, user can not select this now. --- Best regards, Nobuhiro 2019年4月14日(日) 7:09 Nobuhiro Iwamatsu : > > Source: mozc > Version: 2.23.2815.102+dfsg-3 > Severity: important > > Hi, > > Japan's new era \xce\xe1\xcf\xc2 (Reiwa) will be started at 2019/5/1 [0]. > However mozc package doesn't support yet, beacuse this has A.D. to Japanese > Era converter. > If user enter '\xa3\xb2\xa3\xb0\xa3\xb1\xa3\xb9\xa4ͤ\xf3', It is correct that > user can choose '\xce\xe1\xcf¸\xb5' . > (\xce\xe1\xcf¸\xb5 means Reiwa 1st) > However, user can not select this now. > > Please support it. > > [0]: https://japan.kantei.go.jp/98_abe/statement/201904/_1.html > > Best regards, > Nobuhiro > > -- System Information: > Debian Release: buster/sid > APT prefers unstable > APT policy: (500, 'unstable') > Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) > Foreign Architectures: i386, riscv64, armhf > > Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) > Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, > TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE > Locale: LANG=ja_JP.utf8, LC_CTYPE=ja_JP.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8), > LANGUAGE=ja_JP.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) > Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash > Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) -- Nobuhiro Iwamatsu iwamatsu at {nigauri.org / debian.org} GPG ID: 40AD1FA6
