  Clean install of the package, copied known good relevant interfaces, 
rules, zones, etc files
  Edited /etc/default/shorewall and set startup=1


   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
 ineffective)?

  # shorewall restart
  worked perfectly


   * What was the outcome of this action?

  System reboot: not running


   * What outcome did you expect instead?

  Status running.

   * Remedy found in a web search:

  manually run:
  # systemctl enable shorewall.service

  next reboot, shorewall was running as it should.

Bug#393093: courier-imap: Fails to start, cannot reallocate

FYI: I had the same error message, leaving the courier-imap 
package 'unconfigured' after installation.

Changing the value of IMAP_ULIMITD in /etc/courier/imapd to 131072 did the 
trick for me as well, and dpkg --configure -a could finish configuration.

Architecture:   amd64 (x86_64)
