Bug#782559: apt-get complains about unknown options when it's the command that's wrong
Package: apt Version: 1.0.9.7 Severity: minor Dear Maintainer, apt-get seems to be parsing commandline arguments incorrectly. For example, to apt-get --purge autoremvoe it replies: E: Command line option --purge is not understood When the expected behaviour would be to complain about the command. This is only a typo, but could be rather confusing to a user who doesn't understand what he's doing wrong. -- Package-specific info: -- (no /etc/apt/preferences present) -- -- (/etc/apt/sources.list present, but not submitted) -- -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.0 APT prefers testing-updates APT policy: (500, 'testing-updates'), (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages apt depends on: ii debian-archive-keyring 2014.3 ii gnupg 1.4.18-7 ii libapt-pkg4.12 1.0.9.7 ii libc6 2.19-17 ii libgcc1 1:4.9.2-10 ii libstdc++6 4.9.2-10 apt recommends no packages. Bug#410844: gnome-games: tali checks incorrectly for small straights
Package: gnome-games Version: 1:2.8.3-2 Severity: important As I understand it, small straight is meant to be the sequence 1-2-3-4-5. I'm not sure precisely how, but tali checks incorrectly for this - just now it accepted 2-4-2-4-3. It should be easy to reproduce this, just start new games and try to assign the first roll to Small Straight. Bug#391385: scid: Importing clipboard text as pgn game gives a duplicate paste and an error
Package: scid Version: 3.6.1-1 Severity: normal When choosing paste clipboard text as pgn game scid brings up a window showing the pasted clipboard text with an option to import it as pgn into the current database. The bug is that almost always (I haven't been able to figure out when exactly) the clipboard text is pasted twice in succession, and if imported without removing the duplicate paste, scid will choke on the garbled headers of the second paste when trying to import. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-2-386 Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages scid depends on: ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-22sarge4GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libgcc11:3.4.3-13sarge1 GCC support library ii libstdc++5 1:3.3.5-13The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 ii libx11-6 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14sarge1 X Window System protocol client li ii python 2.3.5-2 An interactive high-level object-o ii tcl8.4 8.4.9-1 Tcl (the Tool Command Language) v8 ii tk8.4 8.4.9-1 Tk toolkit for Tcl and X11, v8.4 - ii xlibs 4.3.0.dfsg.1-14sarge1 X Keyboard Extension (XKB) configu ii zlib1g 1:1.2.2-4.sarge.2 compression library - runtime -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe.
