package: podman-docker version: 4.3.1+ds1-6 podman-docker.conf was configured for use with rootless podman starting in 4.3.0rc1 . Please install the tmpfiles configuration also in user-tmpfiles. See https://github.com/containers/podman/commit/b47c54ab69d56f05bc586e443d04fe572de8ff8f
