I vote UDOFV.
So, this vote effectively gives systemd the win (assuming Bdale opts
for the casting vote).
This trumps the fact that Steve was in the midst of drafting a
potentially agreeable ballot all around, and had stated his
disappointment about this out of the blue CFV since he just needed
some more time to get that done.
Many have voiced the concern I'm going to address, but as I see your
words, I cannot help but see the need to reiterate.
There is a point of view, that Steve's role as a debian's upstart maintainer
is in a direct conflict with the spirit of the process here.
From such a viewpoint, one would rather see Steve abstain from
_any_ participation on bug #727708.
In fact, one can't help but be amazed at the level of tolerance to this
issue from other members of the CTTE.

False. Three messages on this list brought this conflict of interest

and I would really prefer that you would stop
reiterating this again and again. It's really annoyning and it feels like you
are not listening
anf just blindly repeating your position. Please stop, you are not helping
neither Debian nor
the process.
Such is your unexplained (and ill-substantiated) preference.
