Bug#520182: libapache2-mod-suphp: suphp more than one doc root's

2009-03-17 Thread Torsten Behrens
Package: libapache2-mod-suphp
Version: 0.6.2-3
Severity: important

At this suphp version it is not possible to set up.
more than one doc root's at /etc/suphp/suphp.conf !.

That is fixed at the suPHP 0.7.0 version,
see listed information at http://www.suphp.org/Home.html.

If it is possible, please update the package.

With that suPHP version you can not run.
the debian packages of web-apps at the default locations outside the first doc
root,
e.g. you have /var/www and you will use the debian nagvis package.

Fix before update: new (own build) suPHP version or put all tools to /var/www.

best regards
Torsten

Bug#343702: fuse-utils: mount of fuse-target at fstab failed - solution

2005-12-17 Thread Torsten Behrens
Package: fuse-utils
Version: 2.4.0-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

when mounting a fuse target over fstab,
the mount failed:

mount mountpoint/
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home,
   missing codepage or other error
   In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
   dmesg | tail  or so

fstab:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]://mnt/hostfusedefaults,reconnect0 0

Using fuse over fstab found at:
http://fuse.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/FAQ

I have looked after the error. The util mount.fuse is missing at
/sbin/mount.X!

Please add it from the fuse-package. fuse-2.4.X.tar.gz - /util

Thanks.

Torsten Behrens

Bug#342507: stunnel4: wrong stunntel4 debian config - fails to start

2005-12-07 Thread Torsten Behrens
Package: stunnel4
Version: 2:4.140-2
Severity: normal

Hello,

the debian configuration does not work fine with the current package.

It needs some extra settings, so that it successfull starts:

1) run as stunnel user - not nobody
2) correct chroot path /var/run/stunnel4
3) logfile is not set to /var/log/stunnel4/stunnel.log

Here the correct settings:

chroot = /var/run/stunnel4/
setuid = stunnel4
setgid = stunnel4
; PID is created inside chroot jail
pid = /stunnel.pid

; Some debugging stuff useful for troubleshooting
;debug = 7
output = /var/log/stunnel4/stunnel.log

Bug#321933: php5: please add mcrypt extension

2005-08-08 Thread Torsten Behrens
Package: php5
Version: 5.0.4-3
Severity: wishlist

It would be great to have php5-mcrypt support, it is used with many php
applications.
That could be added manually by editing (add --with-mcrypt) debian/rules - but
that is not the debian way :)

Thanks
Torsten
