Taskbar does not update its display randomly. When you open a new window, items displaying on taskbar should be updated, but they do not. And when you click on the buttons on taskbar, the displayed buttons do not match the windows, and you may open a wrong window. And the clock does not update as well. Not sure if other menu items are updated correctly or not. Alt-tab works as expected. The bug happens everyday, and it goes away around after one hour. Expected outcome: Taskbar items update after open or close window, and clock update every minute.
