Nevermind, both are fixed now, should now have Maintainer and Upstream-mirror in trace file. Should also be updating like it should.

To do this I set the base_url config option[1]. On with the debian package this fails when opening a notebook with: > Failed to retrieve MathJax from > '/calibration/static/javascript/mathjax/MathJax.js' (my base-url is set to '/calibration') I believe this is due to the patch [use-system-mathjax-if-available.patch] which doesn't take `base_url` into account when calling`new_handlers.append`.
