I tried with pix-art and could not reproduce the problem.

Could you please try starting gajim from console with "-v" switch and 
provide logs from the point on when you receive the message

Please use the Appindicator Plugin for that purpose now. As GTK is 
phasing out all support for Trayicons.
With the Plugin activated there is a notification in the Tray, it does 
not blink but it changes color.


Martin, its a good idea to package that plugin if you didnt do this already.

This is python-gnupg telling us that there is a key multiple times in 
the keyring, which it doesnt like.


Other than package this into a nicer Error Dialog, Gajim cant do 
aynthing here.


The correct way to solve this is to fix the keyring.

Hi,

earlier Gajim versions shipped the package "python-gnupg"

newer versions dont.

please check if the package python-gnupg is installed.
