Bug#855221: pulseaudio: ThinkPad T420s docking station: no sound from external speakers

2017-02-16 Thread otas pe
Yes, I have tried to change output device in pavucontrol manualy. It works
but not correct I think. Based on information from other user with same HW
and other distribution (e.g. Linux Mint) it works out of box.

Bug#773697: [Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#773697: network-manager: Wi-Fi not connected after computer restart if the Lan cable is disconnected

2014-12-30 Thread otas pe
Michael

Thank you for response. But if I put managed=false then the wired is not
managed by NM and only Wi-Fi works.

/etc/network/interfaces:

auto lo
iface lo inet loopback

allow-hotplug eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp

Strange is that all was working before some NM update.

Most likely an issue of using managed=true (which is not the default).

I assume your eth0 is configured in /etc/network/interfaces, and
therefore configured by both ifupdown and NetworkManager. This might
result in you your default route and /etc/resolv.conf becoming messed up.

  Hello

When the otion Disable touchpad while typing is active on my laptop
 then
after next login is Gnome-shell broken. No battery applet, windows
 decoration
is wrong, touchpad function is affected as well. If the option Disable
touchpad while typing is disabled then Gnome-shell works well.

This probably means your gnome-settings-daemon has crashed.
It would be great if you could get us a backtrace [1] in that case.

I suspect this is a problem in gjs not running the GC when it should.

They should improve the leaky situation a lot.

Bug#696040: Gnome-shell 3.4.2-4 memory leak bug - why is ignored?

2012-12-19 Thread otas pe
Dear maintainers

Please let me know why is this critical bug ignored? I hope that
Gnome-shell 3.4.2-4 will not be accepted in Debian Wheezy! In this version
is critical bug with memory leak reported by me (696040). Gnome Shell
3.4.2-3 currently in testing is not affected.

What is your plan to fix it and avoid to accept in testing?

Thank you in advance
