Bug#494652: default pdnsd should not use config file from /usr/share/pdnsd

pdnsd default install on lenny (currently testing) uses
/usr/share/pdnsd/pdnsd-resolvconf.conf as the config file. It should use
/etc/pdnsd.conf. It broke migration from etch for me.
