Bug#777123: ITA: zpaq -- maximum reference compressor for ZPAQ open standard)
Hello, happy to hear this. Are you a DD or maintainer already? First: The old package must go away, there are serious bugs and it's totaly outdated. But as archives created with it are still supported by the new version (Change from ZPAQLv1 to v2) this is not a problem. Release happens always as zip-files, the github archive is not official, so maintaining it without git seems to be the way to go. I would really love to see it alive in Debian again. In future it could be compiled in a way that a shared library could be used by file-roller and other archivers. Regards, Kai Am 25.02.2015 um 23:05 schrieb Stéphane Fillion: retitle 777123 ITA: zpaq -- maximum reference compressor for ZPAQ open standard) thank Hi. I intend to a adopt this package. Package: systemd Version: 215-2 Severity: grave After installation systemd.postinst fails with code 1 when the group systemd-journal already exists because then addgroup returns code 1 even with --quiet. Bug#756616: activate zswap support in kernel 3.16
Package: linux-headers-3.16-rc6-amd64 Version: 3.16~rc6-1~exp1 Severity: wishlist Rightnow the kernel is not build with CONFIG_ZSWAP, which is a method to compress RAM pages instead of swapping straight. Please add support for it, as to enable it anyway the boot parameter zswap.enabled=1 would be needed and thus the default configuration is not affected. By now Ubuntu is having support for it. Bug#652896: place of broadwayd
Instead of an additional package I would say the right place is libgtk-3-bin which just neads to be aware of this new binary. My workaround is apt-get source libgtk-3-0 and after ./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir=/etc --enable-broadway-backend --enable-x11-backend --disable-wayland-backend going to gdk/broadway and make broadwayd, then you can just copy this binary elsewhere and run it. ./broadwayd :0 Tested via e.g. GTK_MODULES= GDK_BACKEND=broadway BROADWAY_DISPLAY=:0 gnome-tetravex which should provide a new window under http://localhost:8080/ Or consider setting a password before: openssl passwd -1 ~/.config/broadway.passwd Greets, Kai -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of unsubscribe.
