The ROC library is still not available in Debian. Can you package it?

Dear Maintainer,

I see in the changelog "disble roc module, at least for now", but I was
hoping to use this module for synchronized audio.

Ahh, I see libroc isn't yet packaged in Debian. Were I to package it,
would you have any interest in Sponsoring the upload (I'm only a DM
at the moment, not yet a DD)? I built it from source, and was able
to build pipewire 0.3 with ROC support.

Kernel: Linux 5.15.9nlb (SMP w/64 CPU threads)
Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_OOT_MODULE, 
TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE
Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set
Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash
Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system)

Versions of packages pipewire depends on:
ii  init-system-helpers  1.61
ii  libpipewire-0.3-modules  0.3.42-1
ii  pipewire-bin 0.3.42-1

pipewire recommends no packages.

pipewire suggests no packages.
